I am hoping that someone may be able to assist me with the identification of
a number of Odonata that I have found on the small island of Koh Samui,
Thailand, where I am now resident.
I am primarily a lepidopterist, but have become more and more interested in
the Odonata since my arrival here 1 1/2 years ago. I have set up a page on
my website showing photos of the species I have come across so far, but it
includes a large number that are unidentified, and probably 1 or 2 that I
have misidentified. The web page can be found here
<http://www.delias-butterflies.co.uk/Koh%20Samui%20Butterflies/Dragonflies/o
donataoverview.htm> . New species are being added on a regular basis, and
hopefully, some may be new records for my province, Suratthani, which had
not been well recorded back in 1999 when the only literature I have was
published.
Any assistance received would be most welcome and would be duly recognised
on the site. I have further photos of most species if anyone needs them to
aid ID.
Thanking you in advance.
