[Community] Chalcolestes viridis or Lestes viridis

Good morning,

I often see Lestes viridis being classified into the genus Chalcolestes, yet I cannot find what are the criterias for 
that genus.
So in what Chalcolestes differs from Lestes? As it is I don't find much difference in veination 
between both genus, except maybe the pterostigmas, so I'd guess it is a matter of body.

Then what other species would be included into Chalcolestes, beside Lestes parvidens?
