[Community] determination

Hello,

during my last visit in Nepal I found a dragonfly and want to ask, if anyone
could determine it?

location: a lake at Jaljale Himal, in the east Nepal, close to Tibet
altitude : 4000 m
date: 03.10.2009
behaviour: oviposition on the bank, about 50 cm above the water

I have posted two photos on the website, Photo number 7499 and 7500.

I would be very glad if you can help me.
